Welcome to Year 4- with Miss Horwell and Mr Ratcliffe
We are very excited to welcome you all back to school on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
Our Class Saint - St Mark
During our transition days, the children choose St Mark to be our class Saint. The children made this choice because he was on of Jesus’ disciples, he is one of the four Gospel writers and he therefore plays an important role in spreading the word of God.
Feast Day: 25th April
This half term our value and virtue is Curious and Active.
We will be active in exploring God’s creations and curious enough to ask questions about how we can look after it.

Swimming
Every Tuesday morning year 4 will be going swimming. Please make sure that your child has their swimming costume and towel in school with them every Tuesday.
PE
We will be doing PE every Thursday morning with Mr Sigley for this half term. Please come into school in your school uniform but bring your PE kit into school with you. Please make sure you have black shorts or joggers, your house colour t-shirt with the school logo on and trainers.
